Our Commitment
At Wed.Cards, we provide digital wedding invitation services, NFC invitation cards, and design customisations. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy explains our procedures for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Digital Invitations & Subscription Upgrades
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been utilized or activated. Once a subscription is active, it cannot be cancelled for the active period.
NFC Physical Cards & Printing Services
Orders for physical cards can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase ONLY if the printing and encoding process has not begun. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
When Cancellation is Not Possible
Once design work, customisation, printing, or card encoding has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Eligible for a Refund
- If you make a duplicate or accidental payment for the same order.
- If your payment was deducted but your order was not successfully created in our system.
- If you cancel your order within the allowed 24-hour window and before any work has started.
Not Eligible for a Refund
- Digital invitations that have already been created, shared, or delivered.
- Active subscription periods.
- NFC cards that have already been printed, encoded, or shipped.
- Services purchased under special offers, discounts, or promotional pricing.
- Delays caused by the customer (e.g., late content submission, late approvals, or providing incorrect details).
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.). Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if only part of the work is completed.
