Our Commitment

At Wed.Cards, we provide digital wedding invitation services and design customisations. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy explains our procedures for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Invitations & Subscription Upgrades

    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been utilized or activated. Once a subscription is active, it cannot be cancelled for the active period.

  • When Cancellation is Not Possible

    Once design work or customisation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Eligible for a Refund

  • If you make a duplicate or accidental payment for the same order.
  • If your payment was deducted but your order was not successfully created in our system.
  • If you cancel your order within the allowed 24-hour window and before any work has started.

Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Digital invitations that have already been created, shared, or delivered.
  • Active subscription periods.
  • Services purchased under special offers, discounts, or promotional pricing.
  • Delays caused by the customer (e.g., late content submission, late approvals, or providing incorrect details).

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.). Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if only part of the work is completed.
