The name "wed.cards" and the wed.cards logo are trademarks. The trademark application is currently under the registration process, and all rights are reserved.

In no event shall wed.cards, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli, Maharashtra, India.
