Trial Subscription Agreement

Upon your completion of Registration and our acceptance of your request, subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are entitled to use the Service for the limited trial period. This includes a specified number of invitation views and guests as detailed on our subscription page. To extend your Service beyond the trial limits, you must purchase a paid subscription plan.

• You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial wedding-related purposes.
• You may not use the Service to create invitations for events other than your own wedding or an event for which you have explicit authority.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or processes by which the Service is provided.
• You will not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary rights notices (including copyright notices) of wed.cards on the Service or its outputs.
• Upon termination or expiration of the trial period, you must cease all use of the Service. Access to your invitation may be disabled.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service are owned by wed.cards and its licensors. You agree to make no claim of interest therein. You acknowledge that the Service's structure, organization, and code are the valuable trade secrets of wed.cards. "wed.cards Confidential Information" includes all data and information relating to the Service, excluding the individual factual data you provide (e.g., your names, photos). You agree to keep such Confidential Information in confidence and not disclose it to any third parties.

• You represent and warrant that you have full right, power, and authority to use all content, including photos, text, and personal details, that you upload or provide to the Service.
• You agree to indemnify and hold wed.cards harmless from any liabilities, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of this section.
• You acknowledge that creating a digital invitation requires you to provide personal information. It is your responsibility to manage the privacy settings (e.g., using an access code) and share your invitation link responsibly.

THE SERVICE, SOFTWARE, AND REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. WED.CARDS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUALITY, ACCURACY, AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY’S RIGHTS. Without limiting the foregoing, wed.cards makes no warranty that the Service will be error-free, complete, or free from interruption or failure.

THIS TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IS BEING PROVIDED TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WED.CARDS OR ITS SUCCESSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100.

wed.cards can terminate this Agreement immediately upon writing if we reasonably believe that you have breached this Agreement.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Service. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli, Maharashtra. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and wed.cards for the trial service. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
